Yep that's right, I'm ready for a little show-n-tell. Anyone in?
Here's the deal. I've tweeted, texted, commented, whined, begged, and cajoled. I really need some new songs for my work-out play list. Julochka (thanks lady!) was the only one that answered, and she only gave me one suggestion. So I thought maybe I'd show you what I have on my work-out iTunes list and you could give me some more suggestions.

Yeah. I don't run. Or exercise at all for that matter, unless you count sex...in that case, my soundtrack is whatever TV show we got distracted from.
Best running song EVER: Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back." I'm completely serious! Only problem is, it makes you want to dance, so it throws off the running cadence a bit! But TOTALLY worth it!!
Black Eyed Peas and Will.i.am is great to work out to!
I found you via Tulpen's comments and shared a similar story to yours- nice to meet you-
Oh I should add that since I started listening to Pandora Radio I usually work out to that- it's like a personal yet varied playlist.
I actually prefer motivating numbers like:
-- Hey Sexy lady (Shaggy)
-- Girlfriend (Pussycat dolls)
Try'em and all the best :)
Cheers

The whole Shockvalue and Shockvalue II cds by Timbaland are both really good. If you like JT, you will like those.
Cowboy by Kid Rock
Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit
Ice Cream Paint Job - Dorrough
Without Me - Eminem
Those would be on my list IF I had a workout playlist. You know, if I worked out. :)
I have a short play list cause I usually only do a quick 20 minute bike ride. I am probably going to steal some of your play list! lol
You talking to me? See if you agree that this is a kick arse set list;
Tom Jones "It is not unusual"
Micheal Franiti & Spearhead "Say Hey (I love you)"
AC/DC "It's a log way to the Top"
The Clash "London Calling"
The Doors "Peace Frog"
Buena Vista Club "Chan Chan"
Elvis Presley "An American Trilogy"
Gipsy Kings "Volare"
James Brown "Make it Funky"
Kinks "Lola (live version)"
Nina Simone "Sinner Man"
Run D.M.C. "You Be Illin"
Steve Miller Band "The Joker"
Any questions?
變天了~~注意身體,別感冒囉! .................................................................
yeah, yeah, yeah...I know - you've been begging me for a year for my playlist and I have NEVER EVER given it to you.
I'll do it. soon. i promise!
WOW I'll have to call up some of these and see if I like them too! Basically I've been walking to ABBA's greatest hits - just love the beat and do up to 5-6 km per hour. I'm getting tired of the same music too so am looking for CDs to buy but no luck in Canada unless I order from Amazon.com - that means USA shipping charges - pity!
Have you got anything there that will make me run? Really. I want to run. But the couch keeps sucking me in. I swear.
Macy Gray has an album coming out June 23 with a song "Kissed It" which I think should be in your play list. ALSO, BLONDIE! what ails you? CALL ME is a great work out song!
I used this album from Itunes, Greatest Workout Hits of All Time. They're actually all really recent and I love it. And I supplement that with the "Best of Biggest Loser"
The theme song from "Rocky" and "Indiana Jones" aer both on my play list-- They change it up a big and help me MOVE faster.
You have a great list. Thanks for sharing.

I like a lot of Nickelback for working out. Try "Something in Your Mouth". It's funnier than hell so it also makes you smile while you're working out.
